For the second year in a row, Melissa was named a Top Lawyer by Washingtonian Magazine.

Washingtonian "surveyed all of [its] past Top Lawyers, asking them to nominate those they consider to be the best among their peers. From there, [the magazine] conducted more of [its] own reporting and research" in order to select this year's honorees.
