The Federal Judicial Center has released the 2023 update (3rd edition) to its very popular benchbook for judges on the Hague Abduction Convention. Authored by the Honorable James Garbolino of California, this benchbook walks judges (and lawyers alike) through the legal framework of this international treaty, and includes a section on procedural issues and on case management.
