International Pre-Nups And Post-Nups: A Comparative NY And French Perspective: Join the NYSBA for a free 1-hour CLE where panelists will explore the approaches in France and the United States when it comes to pre- and post-nuptial agreements. They will address whether spouses should sign such a document before marriage, compare where the parties should sign such a document, discuss how to ensure the document is recognized in the other jurisdictions upon divorce, and share what provisions need to be included for a well-drafted contract.

The ABA International Law Section's International Family Law Committee also hosts free monthly Zoom chats with a lineup of amazing guests.
